Ingrid made a delicious salad with all the great produce from the garden. Try it out yourself!

All green salad
Olive oil dressing
2 tablespoon olive oil
pinch of sea salt
juice of ¼ lime

Romaine lettuce  8 leaves cut in pieces
Endive  3-4 leaves cut in pieces
Mint  leaves finely chopped
Chives stalks chopped
Tossed in a bowl with dressing
