A gentle exercise and meditation facilitated by The Bodhi Meditation Toronto Centre. Energy Bagua is a very unique practice method which benefits our health. Bagua goes beyond physical movements; it has the ability to transform our lives spiritually by equipping us with the ability to analyze matters from different angles so that we can have a more complete picture of our circumstances and this enables us to make a better decision.
